Classes and Membership Packages

All purchases of classes and membership packages are non-refundable. No exceptions will be made outside of your statutory rights.
We encourage you to start with smaller packages to ensure that our offerings align with your expectations, location, and fitness goals before committing to larger purchases.

Merchandise Returns

Unused merchandise may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you present a valid receipt.
After 7 days, returns will be eligible for store credit only, valid for up to 30 days from the original purchase date. No returns or exchanges will be processed without a receipt.

For Customers in the European Union

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order for a class or membership package within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not used any part of the package.
To cancel, notify us by sending an email to alexaluvzfitness@gmail.com before the 14-day cancellation period expires. Include your purchase details in the email to facilitate processing.
